Fee Breakdown

We charge a fee of £749 for all standard purchase cases and £500 for all standard re-mortgage cases. You will be informed of the fee at the same point as recommendations are sent.

A fee of up to 1% of the loan amount maybe charged if the case is complex due to the additional work involved and structure of the finance required.

We will receive and retain any commission from the lender when your mortgage completes. This amount will be confirmed by the lender in their disclosure document.
